Our deliveries are recurrent. We will return with a week’s worth of meals until canceled.

One of my main priorities as the dietitian at Jewish Family Service of San Diego is to ensure that all the meals we provide to older adults are nutritious, delicious, and well-balanced. Because nutrition is critical to the prevention and management of many chronic illnesses, we offer a diverse menu of medically supportive meals catered towards individuals with high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and anyone looking for more nutritious options.
