Frequently Asked Questions

Meals are delivered by one of our friendly drivers or care associates right to your front door. Each delivery includes 7 dinners.

Orders may be canceled 72 hours in advance by calling (858) 637-3210.

Heating instructions are included for each meal. Microwave or conventional oven are the preferred methods of reheating.

After you enter your order, you will be prompted for a credit card or ACH to begin service.

Meals are delivered Monday-Friday between 10:30am-1:30pm.

Yes. We will work with you to ensure you are home at the time of delivery.

Our staff will send you a confirmation email that the meals have been successfully delivered. Someone must be home to receive meals, meals cannot be left unattended.

Our trained staff will deliver the meals to your loved one and conduct a visual wellness check this includes verifying the individual is home and assess for any concerns that should be shared with an emergency contact (this includes safety concerns).

Our trained staff will contact the individual’s emergency contact to share any concern. We will also provide referral information about area services.
